Ultra-safe – Micro-crack resistance
Better micro-crack resistance and lower probability of module failure
The micro-crack resistance of AIKO’s ABC module is more obvious than its other advantages. With this function, the module can effectively counteract the risk of micro-cracks caused by trampling during construction, as well as packaging and transportation.
Technology Highlights

The cells of ABC modules have no silver paste penetrating into the silicon wafers during paste sintering and no stress introduction, which reduces the risk of micro-cracks in the modules.
Compared to TOPCon’s Z-shaped welding, the slotted welding reduces the risk of micro-cracks in the modules.

Experimental Data
Under the identical impact test conditions, 2kg at 1.1m/s, the ABC module demonstrate higher impact resistant than TOPCon,
with post-breakage current loss only one-third of TOPCon.
Ultra-safe · Temperature Rise Suppression
Effectively suppress temperature rise, enhancing safety assurance.
Hot spots effect can lead to module failure and loss of power generation, and even cause fire and other safety hazards in extreme cases. The high-temperature suppression function keeps ABC module stable within a certain set temperature range, effectively reducing the risk of hot spots and lowering fire hazards .
