AIKO’s Board of Directors has an Audit Committee responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s business ethics, with the internal audit and compliance audit teams of the Audit Department coordinating the implementation of specific work related to business ethics and anti-corruption efforts.
Business ethics audit
AIKO carries out 1 round of audit covering the entire business scope of the company every 3 years, and also carries out internal business ethics audits from time to time. 2024, AIKO carried out business ethics audits in all its businesses, and the review covered the implementation of business ethics guidelines, business compliance, investigation and handling of ethical violations, and recommendations and supervision for improvement.
Business ethics training
AIKO has developed a business ethics and anti-corruption training program for all employees, contractors, and suppliers, continuously innovating training methods to deepen awareness of business ethics compliance. In 2024, the Company launched three columns of “Integrity News, Integrity Culture, and Complaint and Reporting” for all employees, with a cumulative total of 1,237 people paying attention to them; conducted a total of 18 special integrity training sessions for management, employees in sensitive positions, and new hires, and conducted one anti-corruption training session for all suppliers. Through Welink, the company promoted business ethics articles, covering all employees and contractors, and sent integrity initiative statements to 594 major suppliers.
Whistleblowing channels and whistleblower protection

AIKO adopts a closed-loop management mechanism for complaints and whistleblowing, classifying and investigating complaint leads to ensure proper receipt, handling, and feedback. If a complaint or report is found to be valid, the company’s management will determine the appropriate disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment or business relationships. The Audit Department will provide feedback to the whistleblower regarding the investigation and resolution of the issue.

- Whistleblower Protection
AIKO encourages employees and business partners to actively report actions that violate business ethics principles. The company has established the “Complaint and Whistleblowing Management Guidelines” and the “AIKO Labor Policy” to regulate complaint and whistleblowing management and ensure smooth reporting channels. In the event of a report, the company’s audit department designates personnel to handle the whistleblowing leads. Personal information and materials provided by the whistleblower will be kept strictly confidential, and confidentiality will also be maintained regarding the contents and information discussed during audit interviews.
The company takes necessary protective measures, such as anonymizing the source of the report, to safeguard whistleblowers and offers consultation services, legal support, and other assistance in emergencies. AIKO strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against whistleblowers, witnesses, or investigators. If retaliation occurs, the company will take actions including dismissal, termination of cooperation, and legal accountability.
