AIKO-Organized Tour to China

Event Date: Please choose any one of the following dates: August 15th, September 20th, October 16th, November 30th, or December 26th

Special Offer: Only 15,000 points (50% off from standard 30,000 points)

Important Schedule:

  • We are expecting you on a mandatory scheduled day at our factory in Zhuhai, China for a guided tour. The following dates are currently available: August 15th, September 20th, October 16th, November 30th, or December 26th, from 13:00 to 22:00.
  • Before and after this scheduled event, installers are free to arrange their personal travel plans within China.

Included Expenses (covered by AIKO):

  • Hotel: 1-night accommodation in Zhuhai (one room)
  • Domestic Transportation: Round-trip air/train tickets within China to Zhuhai city (1 person only)
  • Local Transportation: Zhuhai city transportation costs during the event day

Additional Travel Budget:

  • Installers will receive a €1,500 budget to book international flights and additional hotel accommodations through designated travel agencies.
  • Any expenses exceeding €1,500 must be covered by the installer directly to the chosen travel agency.

Booking Process:

  • AIKO will designate 2–3 travel agencies in Germany specializing in travel arrangements to China.
  • Installers may compare prices and services offered by these agencies, freely choosing the most suitable one for booking flights and hotels.

  • Redeeming the China Tour indicates your acceptance of AIKO’s scheduled activities, including a mandatory factory visit on the specified event date. You may consult with AIC customer service to clarify rules and conditions, and you can cancel your redemption before any booking fees are incurred.

FAQ:

Q: Will the new gifts and China Tour redemption be permanently available, or only during this summer sale?
A: AIKO currently has no plans to remove these gifts after the summer sale. However, AIKO reserves the right to adjust the gift list or redemption pricing at any time.

Q: How do installers redeem their points? Is there an online portal or app?
A: Points can be redeemed via the AIC online portal. Installers need to register and log in at the AIC website to access redemption options.

Q: By when do I need to redeem my 15,000 points for the September China Tour, and how quickly will my participation be confirmed?
A: The September 2025 China Tour is limited to 30 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. You must redeem your points by September 1, 2025. Your participation will be confirmed shortly after redemption, subject to availability.

Q: Who provides visa support for the China Tour?
A: Installers are responsible for obtaining their own visa. AIKO does not provide visa assistance but will offer necessary supporting documentation upon request.

Q: What if I don’t want to visit the Zhuhai factory or prefer to travel at a different time?
A: Participation in the China Tour explicitly includes a scheduled factory visit. Redeeming the tour implies acceptance of this itinerary. Installers are free to plan their own travel outside the specified event date.

Q: How can installers book flights and hotels for their China trip?
A: AIKO will designate 2-3 travel agencies in Germany experienced in China travel. Installers can select any agency based on pricing and services offered.

Q: Can installers cancel the China Tour after redeeming points?
A: Yes, cancellations are allowed before any booking costs are incurred. Please contact AIC Customer Service promptly if you need to cancel.
