AIKO Signs Limited Pre-Order Contracts for Z Series at Intersolar Europe 2026

AIKO, the company that pioneered BC (Back Contact) technology and commercialized it at scale, announced significant distributed market momentum at Intersolar Europe 2026. The company has opened limited pre-orders for its new Z Series through nine distribution partners across Europe, alongside additional distributed generation (DG) contracts totaling 1 GW.
Designed exclusively for the premium residential market, the Z Series sets a new industry benchmark as the first all-black 500W module under 2m². The 54-cell module delivers 500W within a compact footprint of 1762 × 1134mm, achieving approximately 30W higher power output than comparable TOPCon products in the same area.
The Z Series redefines residential solar across four dimensions:
- Ultimate Black – Fully integrated pure black design with no front-side busbars and uniform cell coloration, creating a seamless visual experience where solar becomes part of premium architectural design.
- Ultimate Power – Built on ABC cell efficiency of 27.4% and an active area ratio of 97%, the Z Series delivers the highest power density available in an all-black residential module.
- Ultimate Reliability – Backed by a 40-year product warranty and 40-year performance warranty, built to match the lifespan expectations of Europe’s finest homes.
- Ultimate Fire Resistance – Hotspot temperature controlled below 100°C, significantly reducing fire risk for enhanced residential safety.
