AIKO Installer Community (AIC) – Terms and Conditions

Organized by: AIKO Energy Germany GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “AIKO”)

1. Definitions

Points: Virtual units awarded to registered installers upon verified submission of eligible activities (e.g., invoice upload, certification). Points can be redeemed for gifts on the AIC platform.
Installer: A legally registered solar installation company in the EEA that purchases and installs AIKO modules from authorized distributors and registers on the AIC platform.
Gift: Physical goods or services made available in the AIC redemption platform (e.g., electronics, tools, vouchers, travel packages).
Company Account: An account linked to a VAT number that holds points and administrative rights for gift redemptions.

2. Registration and Company Account

Each company is identified by a unique VAT number. The first registrant is designated as the Company Administrator and holds rights to redeem Company Points.
Administrators may assign admin rights to other employees within the same VAT entity.
Multiple individuals from the same company may participate, but only one company account is permitted per VAT number.

3. Points Accumulation

Installers earn points through verified invoice submissions or by passing certification exams.
– 54/60-cell modules: 10 points per kW
– 66/72-cell modules: 5 points per kW
– Certification exam: 500 points to company and 500 points to individual
Only invoices from purchases made within the past 18 months are eligible.
Points are valid for 18 months after issuance.
Utility-scale or resale-only transactions are excluded.

4. Gift Redemption

Both Company Points and Personal Points may be used to redeem gifts.
Gift availability, models, and point requirements may vary and are subject to stock.
AIKO reserves full rights to define and modify the redemption price (in points) of any gift at its sole discretion.
Some items may require custom orders via customer service (e.g., smartphones).

5. Seasonal Promotions

Promotions such as double or triple points apply only to invoices issued during the official promotion period.
Installers must apply manually through customer service to activate multiplier bonuses.
Application deadlines and eligible product types will be published for each promotion.
Promotional points follow the same validity rules as regular points.

6. China Tour Redemption

Installers may redeem China Tour packages for a limited-time promotional value (e.g., 30,000 points).
The program includes:
– One night hotel in Zhuhai
– Round-trip domestic travel in China (1 person)
– Zhuhai local transport
Installers will receive a €1,500 budget to book international flights/hotels via designated travel agencies.
Installers bear costs above €1,500. Tour availability is limited and subject to AIKO’s discretion.
Redemption of the China Tour implies agreement to AIKO’s itinerary and rules, including factory visit on the designated date.
Installers must confirm all rules with AIC customer service and may cancel the redemption before any costs are incurred.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All data collected will be used solely for the administration of AIC.
AIKO complies with GDPR and will not share personal data with third parties.
Installers may request data deletion by contacting Installer.Community@aikosolar.com.

8. Misuse and Fraud

Only installers that both purchase and directly install AIKO products for end customers are eligible.
Middlemen or resellers without actual installation responsibilities are excluded from the program.
AIKO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, including:
– Submission of false or manipulated invoices
– Creation of duplicate or false company profiles
– Abuse of point redemption or gift resale
Confirmed violations will result in point cancellation and permanent suspension.
AIKO reserves the right to pursue legal action against fraudulent behavior.

9. Disclaimer and Jurisdiction

Participation in AIC does not constitute employment or agency with AIKO.
AIKO is not responsible for delays in gift shipping or system errors.
AIKO will make reasonable efforts to assist with after-sales service for redeemed products but makes no binding commitments or guarantees.
