The choice of AIKO ABC technology over standard TOPCon modules resulted in superior technical and financial performance across every metric:
Increased Capacity: The system achieved a 581 kWp capacity, a 4.4% increase compared to the 556 kWp possible with TOPCon.
Superior Energy Yield: Generated 740.09 MWh in the first year, representing 9.0% more electricity than a TOPCon setup.
Lifetime Value: Expected lifetime generation of 20,412 MWh, delivering €6.13 million in total savings and returns.
Faster Payback: The project reached a payback period of just 2.59 years, roughly 7.8% faster than traditional technology.
Lower Energy Cost: Achieved a highly competitive LCOE of €0.03968/kWh, compared to €0.04320/kWh for TOPCon.
